Owl Gallery
Adding to Philip's subject matter in artwork, he's now begun painting owls. Insightful, wise, protective, and mystical, Philip especially likes their eyes. Whether considered seriously or in a whimsical way, Philip believes they add balance to his work. After being given some old barn wood on which to paint, he's enjoying the experience of this new media as well as testing out new color palettes using earth tones instead of his usual bright colors.
